I’m Nkem (/in-kem/). I’m an HR & People Operations Consultant with a particular focus on organizational development, workplace culture, brand management, talent management, and data ethics. I also enjoy making music, collaborating on creative projects, using research to improve processes, and developing business strategy.

To align business strategy and processes with the values and work culture that attracts top talent and benefits all relevant stakeholders (including investors, employees, customers, and the external environment), I follow a simple business philosophy that I call The Five C's:

Songwriter. Music producer. A sucker for sweet melodies. I create music of all genres, but especially of indie/electronic pop, indie rock, hip-hop and R&B. I make music from my bedroom studio for the fun of it.
